Yoga Nidra in the Salt Cave (1 hour) ~ March 13 6PM-7PM
Enjoy 1 hour of deeply restorative yoga nidra in the Salt Cave surrounded by 6,300 pounds of salt. Relax with guided breathing techniques and meditation to enhance the experience of inhaling salt from the halogenerator, a machine that grinds salt into small particles and disperses them into the air.

Rest & Revive Yoga Nidra in the Salt Cave (30 minutes) ~ March 17 12:15PM-12:45PM
Rest and revive with 30 minutes of yoga nidra in the Salt Cave surrounded by 6,300 pounds of salt. It is said that 30 minutes of yoga nidra is equal to 2-4 hours of sleep.


8 Week Kundalini Yoga for Health Recovery ~ Starts February 28, 12-1pm
In this therapeutic course you will learn the skills of embodied awareness, empowering your mind and body to change patterns and habits that cause stress and dis-ease. It is a restorative experience that will train you to listen deeply to your body and become aware of how your consciousness lives within it. You will learn effective yogic tools to raise vitality and increase calm through breathing techniques, gentle physical exercises, meditation and mantra (healing sounds).



Gut Health: Eating and Living For A Healthy Gut (And Why It Matters) ~ March 26 6pm-7:30pm
In this workshop taught by Holistic Health Coach and gut health expert, Maria DeFrancesco, you will learn how much of an impact the state of your gut health plays on your physical and psychological well-being. She will discuss her experience with autoimmune disease and how chronic inflammation lead to her health issues. She will also discuss which foods and substances inflame the gut the most, which foods are anti-inflammatory and promote healing, as well as how holistically, we can calm systemic inflammation by changing some of our everyday habits.
