I’m Marissa Orchard, founder of The Orchard and Under Pressure Therapeutics. I have been working with clients in the massage world since 2010. With some of those clients, there were parts of our relationship that shifted into doing some slight Life Coaching during their massages.
Because of my history in natural health, I have a holistic view on Life Coaching. We take a look at the Whole, not just helping you make goals and ticking off to-do lists. Yes, I am also an accountability partner, but I also give insights that reminders on your phone can’t give you.
I have studied and integrated tools to help me live my best life, and I want to help you do the same.
What is Life Coaching?
Coaching is partnering with a professional who helps you make changes and up-level. Life coaching focuses on helping you live a happier, more fulfilling life. Integrating aspects of your life together is the best way to make sure you’re successful in those aspects.
Integration means that we look at how each aspect of your life is affected by each other aspect, and we create an action plan to keep things moving, growing, and working together.
How is Life Coaching different than Counseling / Therapy?
Counselors and Life Coaches often work together to help people really break into the reality they want to make for themselves. Therapy helps with figuring out the why of old patterns and how to move through traumas and such; whereas, coaching focuses on making goals and creating accountability for those goals.

As your coach, I am your biggest cheerleader. I partner with you to help you figure out what you want and what you need to do in order to get it. I do NOT replace counseling / therapy, and I may suggest that you work with someone in a counseling setting if we uncover something that is out of my wheelhouse.

What can you expect from coaching?
The first session is 20 minutes to determine if I am the best fit for you. After that, I expect that you are ready to self reflect and to be honest. Sometimes that honesty can be painful. But everything is insightful. Everything plays a role.
From consistent coaching, you can expect to have an increase of happiness, vitality, and exuberance for life. You also might experience achieving your goals more quickly. I will give you tools that I use every day, and we can also dive into some Astrological Guidance work.
