Goddesses. Whether you believe in the actual existence of goddesses or not, these powerful feminine entities have been discussed for centuries. It is because each one can help a woman (individuals who identify as female) step into more power.
Why Goddess Gatherings?
In my personal experience, learning about different goddesses has helped me to move into a more confident and authentic state of myself. Learning about the goddesses is empowering in and of itself, but doing so with a group of ladies helps us all to recognize more of our own innate power.
The gathering part is important because one of the most powerful things a woman can do is have a group of trusted women to witness her in her powerful vulnerability and reciprocate that support for another.
Now to be fully fair and honest, these will sometimes be goddesses, and sometimes they will be powerful women from history. Women who have taught us something more about ourselves. Women who are the essence of divine feminine power.
When are they?
Each month, we will dive into who each goddess is, what teachings she offers, and how we can embody her throughout the month. It will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6:30-7:30.
Your ticket is $18, and that includes the gathering and a special gift for each one. Typically it will be a special bath soak designed to help awaken the teachings of that goddess or powerful woman. We are charging for this because there are only 7 spots available.
When is the next one?
Our next one is scheduled for November 12, 6:30-7:30 at The Orchard. Our chosen Goddess is Demeter, the goddess of Harvest and Thanksgiving. Buy your ticket here.
December 10, 6:30-7:30, we will be diving into Mary of Nazareth–what we can learn from her and her own power and compassion.
January 14 6:30-7:30, we will look at the teachings of Saraswati, the goddess of self-knowledge.
