Tiah Terranova, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate and masters degree’s in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University/Chicago and her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Dr. Terranova specializes in treating PTSD / trauma and is a Nationally Certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider for PTSD. She has been practicing in Colorado since 2010. She has worked as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator for veterans and is well trained in managing high risk symptoms associated with depression; provides trainings; has published on the topic of integrated care; and has conducted program development and research initiatives. Dr. Terranova has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and long term care medical facilities, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, community mental health, the justice system, private practice, pediatric primary care, and university settings.
