With the craziness that is COVID-19, many of our businesses in The Orchard are currently not seeing clients, specifically Dr. Lorraine Caron, Touch of the East Acupuncture, and Under Pressure Therapeutics. You just can’t practice the Social Distancing guidelines in some professions and still provide your service.
We’ve also had to cancel classes through the FoCo Yoga Coop; please contact your teacher for options.
Hopefully we will reopen everything April 1.
Currently (3/18/2020) the counselors are still practicing so long as they can practice the Social Distancing Requirements. We are still having the Yoga Nidra in the Salt Cave classes, as well as the Salt Cave open during this time. We are also open for product purchase or pick-up, should your practitioner offer that.
Please call your specific care provider to find out if they are still open and what precautions you need to take.
We do ask when you enter the building to wash your hands. Also if you have a fever or cough, please do not enter the building.
On a happier note!
We currently have all of our salt products on sale at 20% off. The Center is still open and we are happy to assist you in purchasing a lamp or puffer to help you bring a little salt therapy home with you.
You can also purchase Salt Cave Session certificates for 20% off online or in store. Use code FIGHTCOVID to get the discount online.
The Salt Cave
The Salt Cave is remaining open at this time. The Coronavirus targets the lungs, and the Salt Cave bolsters lung health first and foremost. As you breathe in the salt, it helps to kill excess bacteria, reduce inflammation, and it helps with unplugging and reducing anxiety. We feel that closing it would be more of a detriment.
In an effort to promote community health and well-being, we are offering a couple of specials for the Salt Cave:
- Individual Sessions are 20% off
- Couples are Buy One Get One (full price)
- Kids come for $15 per kid (must be accompanied by adult)
We are taking precautions with these sessions. We are limiting each session to only one family unit per session, unless otherwise agreed upon (ie. 2 friends). We usually offer a reusable tumbler of water to try to stay green, so at this time we encourage you to bring your own and we will fill it for you. We are also cleaning the chairs between each session.
You can book online, but to ensure that your family unit is safe and the only ones in the cave, please call or text us at (970) 205-9116.
We do only have one person managing the salt cave and all of this, so please bear with us if you call or stop in. We are trying to make sure we are open from 10-6 daily.
Thank you for your continued support throughout this pandemic.
